Payment:
Payment is made via PayPal which is both easy to use and very
secure. Unfortunately, I cannot accept other forms of payment, but please
note that PayPal can accept credit & debit cards.
Please ensure that you have given me the correct address for delivery.
Orders within theUKare sent postage free via Royal Mail and are
dispatched within 3 to 7 working days following receipt of payment. For
overseas orders I will charge the basic shipping costs - please let me know
if you require insurance cover.
Return & Refund:
Each item is handmade to the highest possible standards. However, if
for any reason you are unhappy with the product you may return it to me
within 15 days of receipt and receive a full refundvia PayPal bank (providing
the product is received back in good condition) - if you prefer, the item may
be exchanged for another product. Please note that you will be responsible
or the return postage and that no refund will be given until the item has been
received by me.
Spoof Emails:
Gentle warning: there are people who may use a legitimate company
name and make up an email address in an attempt to scam you. If you
have received an email that seems strange or you have not contacted that
company in the pastplease do not reply to it.If you receive an email that
uses my company name but you are unsure if it has really come from
Alberto Atalla -London, please let me know via the contact page. Emails
from me will be sent only to customers who have made an enquiry or
